Eating out always makes a nice change from cooking at home whether you're going out for some fine dining at a high class restaurant or simply having some cheap pub food. However, in some towns and cities the sheer number of different places for you to eat can be quite daunting, you might find yourself struggling to settle on somewhere you'd like to go!

The majority of pubs that have kitchens will serve food for a large portion of day, so if you're looking for somewhere cheap to eat then your local pub is probably a safe bet. Most will serve a range of basic, but cheap meals.

However, if you're eating out to celebrate a special occasion then the chances are you'll want to spend a bit more money. If you want to eat in a restaurant that has a good reputation and is known for serving high quality food then it's pretty likely you'll have to book, especially if you want to go on a Friday or Saturday night. Some restaurants that have world famous kitchens or renowned chefs can be very expensive, so it's best to work out how much you're prepared to spend before you book! You won't want any surprises when the bill comes.

However, there's plenty of middle ground between cheap and very expensive restaurants and if you're looking for a decent, moderately priced eatery in your local area then its worth looking online.
